Our high-speed digital presses require exact file preparation. Align your artwork to these parameters to ensure zero-friction automated processing.

03. CMYK Profile

Submit files in PDF or vector format with all fonts outlined. This prevents rasterization and guarantees razor-sharp text edges.

Ensure a minimum 3mm bleed area on all document edges. Keep critical text and design elements at least 4mm inside the trim line.

Use CMYK color profiles to guarantee exact color translation. RGB files will be auto-converted, which may cause shifting.

Understanding trim and bleed lines

The outer bleed line represents the extra area that will be sliced off during cutting. Designing past this boundary prevents white borders on your final physical assets.

What happens if my files are in RGB?

How do I outline my fonts?

Our system automatically converts RGB artwork to CMYK using industry-standard profiles. However, highly saturated digital colors may shift or appear slightly muted in print.

In Adobe Illustrator, select all text and use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+Shift+O (or Ctrl+Shift+O on Windows). This converts live type into vector paths.

Do you accept raster formats like PNG or JPEG?

What if my artwork has transparency?

While we accept high-resolution raster files (300 DPI minimum), vector files are strongly recommended for crisp text and sharp lines, especially on business cards.

Please flatten all transparencies and rasterize complex drop shadows before exporting your PDF to prevent unexpected rendering errors on our digital presses.
